The eminence of Economic Dispatch (ED) in power systems is significantly high as it involves scheduling the available from various plants with less cost by compensating equality and inequality constrictions. emission toxic gases leads to environmental imbalance so highly mandatory rectify this issues for obtaining optimal performance systems. In present study, Emission (EED) problems are resolved multi objective using Harris Hawk’s Optimization (HHO), which capable enough resolve concerned issue a wider range. addition, clustering approach employed maintain size Pareto Optimal (PO) set during each iteration fuzzy based extricate compromise solution front. To meet constraint effectively, new demand-based handling mechanism adopted. This paper also includes Wind energy conversion system (WECS) EED problem. conventional thermal generator taken into account while considering overall functions wind like overestimated, underestimated proportional costs. quality non-dominated measured metrics such Set Spacing (SP) Hyper-Volume (HV) solutions compared other algorithms prove its efficiency. study validated outcomes literature papers.
